Serve Teams are how the work of McDowell Church gets done — ordinary people serving together so others can encounter Jesus. From the stage to the nursery, every role matters and every person makes a difference.

Beginning your journey in serving at McDowell is super simple. First, begin by filling out the Serve Team Interest form. Once completed, someone from our team will reach out to connect with you.

Meet Jessica

“Volunteering at McDowell has been one of the most rewarding parts of my life. Watching my daughter grow in faith inspired me to serve, and in doing so, I’ve found deep joy, lasting friendships, and a stronger connection with God. Being part of the Early Childhood Team has truly filled my cup.”
